This is a working archive. It holds papers and submissions written by HRG members, notes from dinners and policy salons, and material members have collected from the press and the journals over two decades. Meeting notes are published under the Chatham House Rule, so no remark is attributed to any speaker. Articles gathered from the press and journals are recorded here because members found them useful, not because they represent HRG positions.
